Extra Deluxe Tuna Salad with Artisan Lettuce

Extra Deluxe Tuna Salad with Artisan Lettuce
Extra Deluxe Tuna Salad with Artisan Lettuce

This is a recipe that “Properly Combines” with Ascorbic Acid Vitamin C. This recipe does not contain starch. Acid foods and Vitamin C do not go well with starch because the enzyme needed for starch digestion is destroyed by acid.

This is a quick, easy, and very tasty recipe that also does not require any cooking.

First I start out by chopping up all the veggies.

Golden Greek Peperoncini and Kalamata olives

Ingredients list:

  • Celery
  • Red or Yellow Bell Pepper
  • Green Onion
  • Dill Pickle
  • Kalamata Olives
  • Peperoncini Pepper

Home Made Oil and Vinegar Dressing blended with a hand mini blender to make an emulsion.

  • Olive Oil
  • Cider Vinegar
  • Red Wine Vinegar
  • Ground Flax Seed
  • Fresh Garlic
  • Dill Weed
  • Oregano
  • Raw Sunflower Seeds
  • Pink Salt
  • Skipjack Tuna
  • Solid White Albacore Tuna

And once I mix everything above and make my Extra Deluxe Tuna Salad, up I Chop up some Artisan Red and Green Lettuce and mix it all together and store the rest of the tuna salad in a mason jar or other airtight container to eat later.

This meal I ate my Vitamin C Ascorbic Acid tablets with a tall glass of water. then i made this recipe and ate it to make sure to push the Vitamin C tablets down.

The Ascorbic Acid donates Electrons to neutralize Free Radicals and also helps preserve the food as it goes through my body.

I then Drank some 100 percent Grape Juice and some Honey sweetened Black Tea.

Yum.

Have a great Day! Later…

Vitamin C and Tuna with Celery Breakfast… MY FOOD JOURNAL August 28, 2021

First thing I did when I woke up I ate 3 Yerba Mate Extract tablets and water.

About an hour later I got hungry for some breakfast. Since I wanted to eat some Ascorbic Acid I made a NO-STARCH dish.

(ASCORBIC ACID IS AN ACID AND ACID FOODS DO NOT MIX WITH STARCH. THE ENZYME NEEDED TO DIGEST STARCH IS DESTROYED BY ACID AND IF STARCH IS EATEN WITH ACID FOODS IT WILL CAUSE A DIGESTIVE CONFLICT AND UPSET STOMACH USUALLY OCCURS).

The Tuna Salad I made last night I let it sit in the fridge in an airtight mason jar with almost no air in the jar.

It consists of Chunk Light Tuna in oil, Solid White Albacore in Water, 90 percent of a Bunch of Celery Hearts, Regular Mayo, Pink Salt, some Raw Apple Cider Vinegar, Kalamata Olives, Golden Greek Peperoncinis, Dill Pickle, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and some Green Onions.

I was going to eat some Red Lettuce with it but I thought my lettuce was getting old so I ditched it to the trash can.

The celery amount was high so that was enough plant material to eat with the tuna.

So… First I ate my 4 Grams of Vitamin C Ascorbic Acid Capsules and chased it with a tall glass of filtered well water. Then I ate 2 Grams L-Glutamine and a swig of my coffee.

(L-Glutamine is one of the most important Amino Acids in the body. It is fuel for the immune system. I got mine at the GNC Store. Bodybuilders take it and it is sold in the big containers that are usually by the protein powders and creatine.)

Then I ate my tuna salad that I had sprinkled a little bit of Paprika and Dried Oregano on. I also drizzled a bit of Olive oil on top.

I also sipped a bit of organic coffee with a little almond milk as a creamer.

My stomach feels good and now I am writing this entry into my food journal so I can keep track of the amounts of Vitamin C I take and the reaction in my stomach with various meals.

There is a lot of reasearch that has been done on Vitamin C and a lot of the research seems to not get the proper amount of attention by the mainstream media.

Robert F. Cathcart, III, M.D. had treated over 9000 patients with massive doses of Vitamin C and had great results.

Also Norman Cousins used similar methods with his Ankylosing Spondylitis.

Vitamin C is water soluable so it is relatively very safe compared to most other vitamins.

Anyway… I just thought I would share how I take my Vitamin C sometimes.
