Blueberry Flax Pistachio Almond Butter Majool Date Bars with Coconut oil and Pink Salt and Maple Syrup.
I ground the raw almonds with the Champion juicer and made it fresh..
Hopefully the ground flax seeds will soak up the moisture from the fresh blueberries and maple syrup overnight..
The pistachios were soaking up the maple syrup overnight and were tender before adding the other ingredients.
Super addicting taste.. since i don’t eat commercial candy bars because of the horrible ingredients…. I made these.. these taste 10 times better to me anyway.
Next batch I will add vanilla extract.. maybe acai powder too…
I might make a big batch and stick it in the food dehydrator on low in the next few days..
