The secret herbal supplements that I have taken in the past are Yerba Mate, Guarana, Ginko Biloba, Ashwaganda, Rhodiola, Panax Ginseng, and a few others. But mostly now I just take Yerba Mate.
My favorite is the Yerba Mate extract tablets. It is a good substitute for Coffee.
I like Yerba Mate better than Coffee. It seems to be a smoother source if natural caffiene. Coffee sometimes can give you the jitters, but somehow Yerba Mate doesn’t seem to.
Rhodiola is an adaptogen that is supposed to support the adrenal glands. There are also other secret herbs that I will talk about later.
